Leveraging our innovative technologies, we unlock the full potential of every sector we serve—delivering solutions that are not only transformative, but lasting in their impact.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Ayla Bioscience is headquartered in the United States, with primary operational presence in Colombia, South America, and Jamaica. The company specializes in developing high-demand food and medicinal products derived from fungi and plants, leveraging advanced solid-state fermentation technology.

ZeoTech, Ayla’s new Colombian subsidiary, is serving as the primary scientific, production, and operational hub for all eight of our divisions. Our Jamaica facility will function as a fully operational satellite, focusing on psilocybin research and gourmet mushroom production.

Strategic Synergy Between Facilities
Psilocybin R&D is gaining global acceptance for its potential in treating mental health conditions, though it remains fully unrestricted in only seven countries—Jamaica among them. Through strategic political connections, ZeoTech became, in December 2024, the first Colombian entity legally authorized to conduct full psilocybin research.

Market Potential in the Caribbean
The Caribbean region, home to approximately 44 million residents, welcomed over 32 million tourists last year. Most arrive via cruise ships—each featuring multiple gourmet restaurants—or stay at one of the 450+ all-inclusive resorts, each typically offering four or more gourmet dining venues. This strong demand drives wholesale gourmet mushroom prices in the Caribbean to double or more those in the United States, creating a lucrative opportunity for Ayla’s Jamaica operations.

As of December 24, 2024, ZeoTech — a five-year-old company with active sales across three continents — has become a Colombian-based, wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Delaware–based Ayla Biotechnologies,

ZeoTech and its five currently active subsidiaries are united in a mission of agri-innovation—cultivating and processing in-house mushrooms, fungi, fruits, and vegetables for both human and animal health. By harnessing biodiversity, we create sustainable solutions that address global health and wellness challenges while delivering profitable results.

Backed by five years of research and development and an investment of over $9 million, our patented proprietary ZeoDry™ technology represents a breakthrough in drying science—surpassing freeze-drying in every measurable way. Calling it a “game changer” would be an understatement. ZeoDry™ enables mass-volume dehydration of plants and fungi in half the time, while preserving at least 95% of vitamins, minerals, and other vital nutrients. This innovation paves the way for functional foods, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and bioactives with unprecedented shelf life and quality.
