Vice Chairman and largest Ayla Investor & Shareholder is Colombian industrial and social designer, currently serving as the Manager of the Research and Development Department at CHALLENGER S.A.S., one of Colombia’s largest manufacturers of household appliances and home furniture. In addition, he is the President of the CHALLENGER FOUNDATION, which oversees the social responsibility initiatives of the LEMCO business group. The foundation focuses on intercultural education with indigenous communities, developing life projects for at-risk youth centered on job skills, and supporting entrepreneurship programs for vulnerable populations. Inspired by his father, Luis Mayorga—one of Colombia’s most successful businessmen—he continues his legacy of driving economic growth and creating employment opportunities across the country country.


Financial Analyst with master’s degree in international business, with more than 10 years of experience in financial and development of agro-industrial projects, structuring of productive projects for Latin American agriculture exporters, seeking cost reduction, higher productivity, and better quality to penetrate demanding high value markets, maximization of margins, and production at scale through the integration of small producers associated with the processing industry.


A global strategist, economist, and angel investor, he brings decades of expertise in finance, industrial and agricultural management, and macroeconomic strategy. As the representative of a leading Swiss bank in Mexico and Central America, he played a pivotal role in public sector restructurings and in developing strategies for international markets.

He is the founder of Swiss Tech Capital AG, a Zurich-registered company established in 2012. With the launch of GLOBAL FORCE, his vision is to transform industries—including robotics, AI, DeFi, transport logistics, healthcare, and education—through the limitless potential of blockchain technology, fostering a more transparent and efficient world.

Holding a PhD in Economic Science, he has advised institutions on monetary systems, financial markets, and economic structures.
